UNI was developed with Brett Goldberg currently of ICS Ventures. I developed a version of the Unitensil for the single use market. I created a dispenser for more efficiently providing for all 3 utensils in one device. No longer would you need 3 utensils for 1 meal. You could use one or two at a time. Since the profile was flat it was easier to package and dispense.
